Every Vitodens includes a stainless steel Inox-Radial heat exchanger that fights corrosion and cleans itself as it runs. The MatriX burner reads the gas it’s given and trims combustion to match, maximizing efficiency even when gas quality changes.
These boilers modulate deeply, so they spend most of the winter idling gently at low fire instead of firing hard and shutting off. Paired with a 95% AFUE rating on most models, you get fewer temperature swings upstairs and a smaller gas bill.

Vitodens 100-W
The Vitodens 100-W mounts on the wall and comes in four heating-only sizes, from 85,000 to 199,000 BTU, so it fits a smaller place in Leslieville or a detached home in Georgetown. Its 10:1 turndown lets it run at a tenth of full output on milder days, which is where the fuel savings live. WiFi is built in, and the ViCare app lets you check on the boiler or adjust its schedule directly from your phone.
Vitodens 200-W
The Vitodens 200-W features the same 95% AFUE, but with more brains. It also modulates deeper than the 100-W, so it holds a steady temperature through a Toronto shoulder season without short-cycling. Its 7-inch colour touchscreen handles setup and diagnostics, built-in outdoor reset adjusts water temperature to what’s happening outside, and the ViCare app visualizes your fuel usage and cost savings.
Vitocrossal 300
This unit is floor-standing for larger and older homes. The Vitocrossal 300 pairs a vertical Inox-Crossal stainless steel heat exchanger with a MatriX dome burner, a combination built for high hot water demand and heavy cast iron radiators. Four sizes run from 94,000 to 199,000 BTU, and you can cascade units up to 1,592 MBH if one boiler isn’t enough.
