The Brampton Run4Hope
Dr HVAC was proud to sponsor the 5 k race of the 11th annual Brampton Run4Hope. This year, the proceeds mostly went to help Sky’s the Limit, a charity that donates refurbished laptops and computers to the deserving youth of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peel program. There were some other charities that got a donation as well.
All told, almost 500 runners participated. It was a perfect day for the race and we can safely say that a great time was had by all.

Green Philosophy
Dr HVAC does whatever we can to help our environment.
- Whenever we replace an air conditioner, we don’t just throw the old one out. We ensure the refrigerant gets properly reclaimed so it doesn’t escape and harm our ozone layer. All metal parts that can be recycled are recycled.
- In our office, we upgraded our water heater to a high efficiency tankless model, changed our lights to more efficient LEDs, and use smart thermostats to save energy.
- Every year we participate in the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup, usually at the Mississauga shorefront.
We’re always on the lookout for new ways we can be as green as possible.
