NTI was founded in 1967, and NTI boilers are built on Drury Cove in Saint John, New Brunswick.

Most boilers need a separate zoning panel mounted and wired beside them. In the TFTN series, NTI includes zone control, handling three heating zones plus your domestic hot water out of the box. This means one less box on your wall, less wiring to go wrong, and a tidier install.

TFTN Series
The TFTN is NTI’s flagship line. For homes, it comes in four wall-hung sizes. It also features an onboard touchscreen and the EZ Setup Wizard, plus remote monitoring and diagnostics, so much of the troubleshooting happens before anyone knocks on your door.
TRX Series
The TRX is built on NTI’s XTRATECH stainless steel heat exchanger, which uses large-diameter tubing. Wider passages mean better flow over the boiler’s life. It modulates combustion up to 11:1, and every unit ships with embedded Wi-Fi. Heating-only and combi models are both available.
FTVN Series
The FTVN is a wall-hung condensing boiler, built around a vertical down-fired stainless steel heat exchanger. It modulates 10:1, so on a mild April afternoon the burner throttles right down instead of kicking on and off all day. NTI offers a heating-only option, or a combi-boiler making 2.7, 3.6, or 4.8 GPM of hot water at a 77°F rise.
